LONDON -- When 48-year-old Sharon Wall asked her son Nathan how to join in on 1 College Girl Karaokethe Pokémon Gofun, he decided to have some fun of his own.

Rather than explaining how to simply download the app, the 22-year-old informed his mum that she had to go to a store to purchase "a card with a code on it."

But, understandably, she ultimately chose to trust and believe her wily offspring -- and that was her mistake.

Nathan agreed to accompany his mum to the shop to obtain the nonexistent card with the code and, like any good son would do, he managed to catch the moment on video just before bursting into uncontrollable laughter.

A well-played prank, Nathan. But when Sharon does finally get her Pokémon game on, we have a feeling the real battle will have only just begun.
